system-wide change process with the goal of changing the company from a regulated monopoly
with a familiar technology, to a major player in a highly competitive industry facing major
technological changes. One area I'm really interested in is the integration of organizational cultures in situations such as
mergers, strategic alliances, cross-functional teams, etc. I am interested in talking with folks who
