I will never forget Bill Dyer, the father of team
building. He touched people to their core, because he
focused on people connecting from their heart. I learned
a lot about team development from Bill, especially
dealing with people "where they are". Many of
his lessons seem simple, but yet they are so profound -
how difficult it is for us to actualize these simple learnings! I keep his picture on my desk at work, and
feel very honored to have spent my 40th birthday with him
in Ojai, California.Laura

I'll always remember Bill and a lesson from our
"team building" role playing session. -- As a
business owner all he wanted was a "little team
building". My partner wanted to give him the
complete OD treatment but all Bill wanted was for us to meet
the client where he was and give him what he was
ready for. It was fun trying to sell Bill his own theory.
Thanks Bill, and thanks to all who let us borrow him.
