For all you who know of William Dyer, thought you would be interested to know that he recently passed away. I studied with his son at Brigham Young University, where he is chair of their Organizational Behavior department, and received word a little while ago about William Dyer's passing. He wrote his own obituary, which was very interesting.
Anyway, thought some of you may be interested....

Subject: re: Healing in Working Life
. . . I would love to have my request go to (the) Pepperdinians, along with whatever comes out of my further work. Actually, there were two requests, and I divided my correspondents into two groups in order not to burden anyone with too much. The other request was for people's perceptions of what changes are happening in organizations. I append a copy of that message. . .
I would love to be in dialogue with you and your colleagues on these matters, and would be happy to share a draft with you soon about which I should very much appreciate feedback and conversation. What I shall do by way of context setting is to share with you a document I just completed for a workshop in Ireland which gives something of what I'm thinking and what I'm up to.
Let me know your thoughts. I'm going away for ten days out of reach of computers and phones, so I won't reply right away.
Best wishes, and thanks for your interest!
Roger
