Date: November 8, 1996 To: MSOD Alumni From: Gordon Brooks MSOD Program Office Dean of The Graziadio School of Business and Management, Otis Baskin,
mailed to the alumni a series of letters announcing and inviting GSBM alumni to
a novel opportunity. A weekend has been planned [MANAGEMENT
UPDATE '96] for a sequence of events and activities allowing alumni from the
various programs of the school of business to interact and participate in
activities intended to support professional growth and development (see
following documents). It has come to my attention that this mailing has not been received by all
potential MSOD attendees. Because I am convinced you would want the
opportunity to participate I have decided to post this announcement. The
chance for you to see Peter Block on home turf is too great to deny you and
never before has an event been planned to bring together alumni from all GSBM
graduate programs on the Malibu campus and other Southern California
